Hi I'm Marshall! I'm a lifelong Subaru owner, now in my 6th, so I absolutely stand by the brand 100%. I started out with my first car; a 1987 GL Wagon that had 350k on the odometer by the time I upgraded. I now drive a 2007 Legacy Wagon with about 160k and my wife has a 2015 Outback! We have two young boys (7 and 9 y/o) and moved to Colorado from Oregon in the summer of 16'. I've been in customer service since I was 15 years old so naturally I take incredible pride in treating my customers with the highest level of respect, consideration and attentiveness. My wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle. We travel the country since I'm a 100% disabled combat veteran and my wife is a travel nurse fighting covid all across the country. We literally live in hotels going city to city helping hospitals that are critically understaffed and because of it this dealership won't take our money to buy a new vehicle. I had a good experience. I am being bombarded after the purchase to leave a review. My experience was fine. It was nothing extraordinary. I believe if a business wants a 5 star review then they should go above and beyond to earn a 5 star review. My experience was fine. I got a good price and everyone was friendly. But no one has provided any service or experience that was above and beyond. The reason I chose this dealership is because of price. I got the price I wanted, so I'm happy. If you truly want a 5 star review and want to be held to higher standards, then I suggest you exceed expectations instead of only meeting them. More

Some responses, NO RESULTS! I have contacted this dealership several times, and also Subaru of America twice, to get information on how to display the Media Access Code (MAC) Add I have contacted this dealership several times, and also Subaru of America twice, to get information on how to display the Media Access Code (MAC) Address for the Starlink unit in the 2019 Impreza we purchased at this dealership. Subaru of America basically stonewalled my requests. Heuberger Motors has intercepted one request I directed to a specific individual (Abby Stell) I felt was most likely able to provide the requested information, and redirected my request to other individuals, none of whom have been able to provide the requested information. My husband and I were dissatisfied with two things: first, the hard sell from finance and sales on the purchase of the extended warranty when we bough My husband and I were dissatisfied with two things: first, the hard sell from finance and sales on the purchase of the extended warranty when we bought our used Subaru Crosstrek. Second, the lack of service when we needed to get a missing cargo cover replaced. I also had a complaint about the Heuberger Subaru finance department since I was given incorrect information when I contacted them about canceling the extended warranty. However, we have nothing but praise for Marshall Guffy. He is very honest and provided excellent customer service in helping us to cancel the contract. My husband and I will return to Heuberger Subaru because of employees like him who stand behind the reputation of this dealership! More
