I've always been pleased with the service dept. at Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had a new service rep this time. Tommy was very courteous & informed me about my vehicle. I met Marshall when at Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I had a new service rep this time. Tommy was very courteous & informed me about my vehicle. I met Marshall when walking around the lot during my wait time. (Wait time should be shorter so the new cars don't entice me to trade in my old one.) He was very knowledgeable & considerate when being asked so many questions. If I purchase from Jenkins; I'll keep him in mind. More
