I called about a vehicle I found online and spoke with Martese, who was very nice and responsive in answering all of my questions. A few days later, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and scheduled a day to return and pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, having already applied for financing and getting pre-approved through my bank, I was confused and extremely frustrated about the process to complete the sale at the dealership. Although this was a result of my bank's lack of communication, not the fault of the dealership, Martese was patient and the manager, Natalie, was kind and understanding.
