He was prompt in calling back and was always very professional when speaking with him which is unlike some other dealerships that will put too much pressure on people at times. When I went and test drove the vehicle he gave me a demonstration on the features and how to use them that I have never seen a car salesman do before . He also did this demonstration for my wife (which is was her vehicle) when we picked it up which also impressed us. The time and patience he demonstrated for us for this process was exceptional and Martin is a huge asset to your team. More
