He was prompt in calling back and was always very professional when speaking with him which is unlike some other dealerships that will put too much pressure on people at times. When I went and test drove the vehicle he gave me a demonstration on the features and how to use them that I have never seen a car salesman do before . He also did this demonstration for my wife (which is was her vehicle) when we picked it up which also impressed us. The time and patience he demonstrated for us for this process was exceptional and Martin is a huge asset to your team. More

Great auto buying experience! I initially submitted an internet inquiry and was promptly replied to by Sara. At the time, I was working on a deal with a different dealer. That deal I initially submitted an internet inquiry and was promptly replied to by Sara. At the time, I was working on a deal with a different dealer. That deal fell thru and I had forgotten about the reply from Sara when a week or so later she reached back out to me. Turns out, she was able to offer me a deal that was good enough to get me to make the long drive. When I arrived, she was not available but Martin Dake took over for her. They didn't have the exact vehicle in stock that I was interested in but we're able to locate one at a different dealer quite a ways away. I really appreciated that the sales manager spent time talking directly to me and not making me wonder what is being said behind my back. He also spent time talking with me as a person and not just a paycheck. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the car and they were able to transfer it and finish my paperwork in less than 12 hours. It was probably my best car buying experience. Thank you Sara and Martin for the great service. More

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in my 45 years of buy cars. Everyone was eager to help without being overbearing. Treated as if we had been one of their most important long time customers, although it has been some years since we have purchased a vehicle from the Fremont dealership (have purchased from Sid Dillon in Lincoln). All of the sales staff were very informative and took their time to work with us on the purchase, paperwork and vehicle checkout from the time we walked into the showroom until the day we picked up our new Cadillac and drove off the lot. Will certainly recommend this dealership to friend and most importantly have them contact Martin Dake when they are ready to purchase. More
