I had not been introduced in any way to those options and felt blind sided. On a positive note they found the car I was looking for, acquired it from another dealer and worked diligently on discounts and Volvo incentives. I believe they need to work on internal processed to fully disclose to the customer the documents that need to be signed and options for additional warranties. More
