Culver City Volvo takes care of their customers & the cars Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My Rep was very efficient on the phone while scheduling. Explained what the service visit was for. When I ckd in the person was courteous and prompt. My service rep explained how long it would take & that CCV would provide me with coffee, doughnuts AND way to get home. They also arranged a Lyft for me to return to pick up my car. One tiny glitch was that the car wasn't washed but it gave me the opportunity to go to the Goodwill Bookstore across the street for 15 minutes (where I picked up a book for 25 cents!) and returned to a bright shiny clean car. A request: please turn cars off when the customer is not standing right there. Even one minute of idling causes air pollution. And I was gone for I'm not sure how long while the car idled in the driveway. Thanks for a great experience!! More
