Should have went to Gates Nissan first! I contacted Gates dealership after trying unsuccessfully to purchase a car from a different dealership. I was frustrated and tired of the entire proce I contacted Gates dealership after trying unsuccessfully to purchase a car from a different dealership. I was frustrated and tired of the entire process after my family and I had spent hours sitting in "the other one" while they tried to find the car they had already transferred to a partner dealership. Thinking I would have another unsuccessful go at it, I filled out the finance application on Gates' website. When Martin contacted me, I explained the basics- what I was interested in, what I had to put down and what my trade was. I told him I needed to text or email for contact as I couldn't talk while at work. Martin made the entire process so simple; a few texts and made the visit up to the dealership to sit with Chris and sign papers for my new vehicle! Gates for my approved when the other dealership couldn't! I could not have asked for an easier process, and the only mistake I made was not going to Gates Nissan first! More
