He was friendly, easy going and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions. He never tried to rush us through our time there. He made us feel like we were the only customers there. Never once did he make us feel like we had to make a decision right then and there. No one was at all pushy. When someone asks us where we bought the car, I smile and say "Gates". My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Gates and Martin.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone to them . Thank you Gates. More
