My truck was there for 3 days. I was told it could be ready the day I brought it there. The next day I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I never got a call saying otherwise. I had to reach out multiple times just to reach someone to get an update. My truck was never ready the second day, this was just getting a diagnostics. When I finally got my truck back, they didn’t even get the safety light off which was supposed to happen after the two $75 software updates I got. So I paid $600 for my truck to be gone 3 days and still have a safety light on. It was the worst service I have ever been a part of and I will not be coming back and I will also share my experience with others so they don’t have to go through it either. More

I didn't get to work with Colton but Daniel was amazing as was every member at the location. I ended up getting the suv I really wanted. And am super happy. My only issue was long wait for finance dept. Bu as was every member at the location. I ended up getting the suv I really wanted. And am super happy. My only issue was long wait for finance dept. But it was explained many times they only had one person working as other was out sick. But overall I highly recommend. And would tell anyone looking for new or used go talk to them as they will do everything to get you In a car. Everything was explained in full detail and no gimmicks are pushy sales persons here.
