They have a lot issues when it comes to their services advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No advisors dealing with customers. Express lane customer service is usually a better experience. Talking to the service manager is a waste of time. No need for an appointment, your vehicle is never seen at the appointed time. And again, they couldn’t care any less about your concerns when they are brought to management’s attention. More

Went to fast lane first was a little lost and the female there had a nasty disposition and I was sent to service and when i arrived she said you need to go next door. I said she sent me here and then she lo there had a nasty disposition and I was sent to service and when i arrived she said you need to go next door. I said she sent me here and then she looked it up and came back and said she sent you here because you don't need a bulb you need a replacement. I said I told her light repair. She asked for my key. Service was fast but again dry attitude. I have a 2026 and was not happy I had to ride a week with my back light out as it was but still I was polite . If the sale person had that dry personality like them two I would have never purchased the vehicle. When she called my name she wasn't quite as dry and told me to sign and gave a slight smile. More
