Park Place provides excellent service and my service advisor Debbie is great. The process to have my vehicles serviced is always quick and efficient thanks to loaner cars and a comfortable waiting area when the need arises. An you have to love the complimentary car wash service. I have no doubt that I will return to Park Place and certainly to work with Marty again for my future needs. Thanks Tommy More

We have been with Marty Marshall as a family for many, many, many years and when recently I needed to purchase another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. We were aware that he was working at many, many years and when recently I needed to purchase another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. We were aware that he was working at Park Place, so I was nervous because I thought it would just be something way out of my price range, by just hearing the name. Since my credit is not where is should be, I was also nervous I wouldn't be able to get one in mine or my husband's name. It was a great experience to know that y'all had "pre-owned" vehicles as well as new and I didn't have to necessarily buy a Mercedes (which are extremely nice by the way). It was comfortable to come in and have everyone be extremely helpful and everyone, from Marty, to Mario the finance guy and we were able to finance. I had to bring my two boys with me and they made sure that there was plenty of things for them to do while my husband and I were filling out the paperwork. They even had the best soda/coffee area I've ever seen in my life. Both my husband and I and bought one, and my father did as well. I've never felt more comfortable in what I would consider a "luxury" car dealership. I would most DEFINITELY recommend Park Place to anyone I know!! Now I can drive around with the license plate holder saying Park Place and feel awesome and blessed!! Thank you to everyone who made us feel like we were someone!! More

I had a difficult trade with a lot of negative equity. My goal was to get into a newer car with a lower payment. I initially thought I could only save about 200/month on my auto expenses with other vehicles goal was to get into a newer car with a lower payment. I was about to give up as 4 other dealerships all different makes couldn't come through.These guys really came through and I ended up saving about 400/month and I have a great car. I was in and out quick. I also got the deal I wanted and one I actually though was fair. I've bought about 5 other cars all M series BMW's and never walked out of the dealership thinking I got the best deal. The car I purchased was a E550 loaded. I came from a 2008 BMW M5 and I have to say the Mercedes is a pretty nice ride. I've already referred my friends to Park Place Grapevine based on my excellent experience. Thank you guys. More

Mr. Marshall was very patient and considerate with us when we visited the dealership. We were "just looking" and had not expected to find anyone working late on a Sat. night. Mr. Marshall greeted us with enthusiasm and made himself available to us without concern for the late hour. He worked with us for several hours until we found just the right car at the right price. He stayed an additional hour past closing to be certain that we were not only satisfied with our car but made sure we were given the best interest rate possible through the dealership. He was always professional, never pushy, and was very helpful by answering all our questions regarding the model we chose. This is our first Mercedes and we had a lot of questions! Mr. Marshall was very knowledgeable regarding the various models and took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in a used car. He explained, in great detail, the extras that came with the model we chose. A few days later I brought the car back and he further explained ALL the interior details of the car and even washed the car himself. We could not have chosen a better dealership or a better salesman!!! Kudos to Mr. Marshall! We'll be buying our next car from you in the future! A special thanks to Mr. Pinney who helped put the deal together and stayed late to finish the paperwork concerning the financing. For weeks, Marty was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he showed and allowed me to test drive (and my 3 children) perfect car candidates for our lifestyle. I have purchased cars from Park Place in Dallas for a few years now. I saw an E550 online that I really liked and contacted my salesperson at the Dallas location. He referred me to the Grapevine where the years now. I saw an E550 online that I really liked and contacted my salesperson at the Dallas location. He referred me to the Grapevine where the car was located and told me to work with Marty. Quite unusual for a salesperson to refer you to someone else but Park Place really does care about the customer. Marty was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had it pulled up front when I arrived. I took it for a test drive and loved it. Needless to say, I left with the car. There were a couple of items that needed to be moved from my trade-in to this car and Marty personally handled every aspect. I appreciate is attention to detail. More

I went to Park Place Grapevine to see Marty from a recommendation from a friend. I only went to ask for drive a car home to see if it fit in the garage. Marty was such a great help with my Lexus tra recommendation from a friend. I only went to ask for drive a car home to see if it fit in the garage.
