This dealership is a beautifully developed place to sell cars. Marty, my sales representative definitely knows his stuff when it comes to being familiar with the Subarus he is selling. He also knows what a true test drive is and is very attentive to his customer's questions and concerns while considering purchasing a vehicle. On the lower side of rating ( this part receives a 3 star from me), plan to spend a GREAT DEAL of time here if you do not go in knowing exactly what you want in terms of payment and financing. I was at this dealership for 4 hours...ugh..If you do not want all kinds of bells and whistles extras you need to be sure to expressly mention that point up front. Otherwise this dealership is very customer friendly. Overall I believe if they asked the customer up front what extras they would be interested in before creating an offer it would make it a more consumer friendly environment and spare the consumer some time and hassle. More
