Went for service once again (oil change and tire rotation). In on time - out on time for a reasonable price. I have made a effort to return to Herb Chambers even though I live in Connecticut. I was never a loyal customer to a brand until I bought my 1st Sonata in 2007. Now I am on my third Hyundai with all the thanks to Marty Reardon. He has been there with me for the 3 purchases and is a very 1st Sonata in 2007. Now I am on my third Hyundai with all the thanks to Marty Reardon. He has been there with me for the 3 purchases and is a very understanding sales rep. He knows what I want and gets the vehicle I want. He is a super person. He helps you every step of the way. The new service and waiting area is great. You don't mind waiting for your vehicle to get serviced. Again, thanks to Marty for the wonderful job you do! More

Herb Chambers Hyundai has made me a believer (and I am a dealer disliker by nature). I have purchased both an Elantra and most recently a Sonata from them. I got a very good price on both of them from my ve dealer disliker by nature). I have purchased both an Elantra and most recently a Sonata from them. I got a very good price on both of them from my very helpful sales person Marty Reardon. I love both cars as they are comfortable (the Sonata more so) and get great gas mileage. There are lots of extras on each considering how much I paid for them. I now bring both cars to the dealership for service. At this point it's only been oil changes and tire rotations but I will continue to do so as their service is great, prices are better than my old mechanic, and the service experience overall is fantastic: clean, nicely furnished waiting room, friendly service, and prompt service while you wait. More

I have had 2 great experiences with Marty Reardon at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. First he made my experience in Trading in my 2011 Corolla for a brand new Elantra with all the bells and whistles for the Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. First he made my experience in Trading in my 2011 Corolla for a brand new Elantra with all the bells and whistles for the price I was looking for, and he made it fun.! ....FUN!! I then took my Mom around looking at new cars. The Toyota dealership in Milford where we get her oil changed failed miserably when we were looking at new cars, so I told her she should think about something other than a Toyota, she really liked my car, and I told her how GREAT Marty was, so we headed over to talk to him. She left that day with a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and she LOVES it. Marty was patient and explained everything to her, (she isn't real tech savvy) and he got us the deal we were looking for. I can't praise the Sales Team enough. If you want to deal with someone who makes you feel comfortable and not pressured...Marty is the guy to go see! LOVE LOVE LOVE the new cars!!! More

Had not purchased a new car in many years and when I needed to do so my first inclination was to call Marty Reardon at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. I had purchased a car through Marty and Herb Cham needed to do so my first inclination was to call Marty Reardon at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn. I had purchased a car through Marty and Herb Chambers back 2007 and I had just recently recovered from a bad financial period and I needed someone who understood me as a person and could understand my needs. I knew what I wanted for a vehicle and Marty made the rest easy for me to get a beautiful new Tuscon, at a better intrest rate than I expected given my situation! Marty is a very down to earth, easy going guy who is not pushy nor deceitful. He knows his product and he takes the time to get to know his customer to find what's in both's best interest. Marty knows his Hyudai products well and is enthusiastic about them which is evident The renovation to the showroom and Service Dept. are beautiful, staff are always helpful and appreciative , what else could you ask for in a car dealership! I love the Hyudai product, have owned three at this point and when number 4 is going to be bought-Marty and I will do it all over again! More

I felt Herb Chambers and Marty Reardon , have changed the old way of car saleman. This was a pleasant experience. No hasell. I started looking with another Hyundai dealership and was not impressed. I almost went to another type of vehicle. I would say the whole Herb Chambers Hyundai dealership was extremely professional in every manner. More
