Came to this dealership from two others in the area, all had little to nothing to look at. Honda had very little to do with us, guess they thought we were not serious. Marty at HC Hyundai was very helpful a had little to nothing to look at. Honda had very little to do with us, guess they thought we were not serious. Marty at HC Hyundai was very helpful and by chance had a vehicle we could drive - not a color we could live with unfortunately but kept us interested enough to put money down and wait for delivery of one we could live with. As it turned out delivery was much more quickly than expected, purchasing process was more pleasant than expected, and I attribute alot to Marty. A pleasure to deal with. More

Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car from this dealership. I had to make all the calls for updates on when I could pick up the car. Signing the contract was very unprofessional. The original purc dealership. I had to make all the calls for updates on when I could pick up the car. Signing the contract was very unprofessional. The original purchase price didn't match what was on the bank form. It took 3 men to try & explain how they started with that figure. The 3rd guy told me to walk out and not make the purchase even though he made a mistake trying to calculate the numbers himself. It took a 4th man all of three minutes to explain where the price originated from. Then I was expected to drive the salesman back to the dealership with my new car because he didn't have a ride. When I asked if they would be filling the gas tank when we arrived at the dealership, suddenly he found another car to come get me to pick up the car. When I inspected the car before I left, the cleaner left steel wool on top of the trunk( luckily didn't scratch the paint), forgot to remove packing material from inside(which wasn't a big deal), but when I got home, I noticed that he also left a razor blade on the rear seat! Thankfully, I found it before my kids or dog sat on it or that it didn't slice my new Upholstery. I would never wish this experience on anyone!! More
