No customer service I was lied to. The service is shabby and the people there didn’t know what the car equip with. Since I am parcels crippled I can’t get the cover off t I was lied to. The service is shabby and the people there didn’t know what the car equip with. Since I am parcels crippled I can’t get the cover off the spare tire and wasn’t showed how. I can’t believe they are still in business. Please don’t buy a car there they will cheat you. There was no check list to go over the car with. All I was asked is what do you want to see. I don’t even know what’s on the car. The car almost killed us and they are worried about money so they wouldn’t take the car back. Bmw just doesn’t care about the customer. You are thieves More

Highly recommend We originally planned to buy an Audi Q5 and put BMW X3 as our second option. Joe was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and shared a lot information about X3. Staffs at the dealership were friendly. When I went there for a test drive, the new price was not out yet. That night, both Marty and Joe gave me a courtesy call regarding it. After we bought the car, we learned that this dealership offers free car wash during their business hours. We will definitely appreciate it since we live not far from the dealership. Highly recommended this dealership and Joe Chern. More
