My daughter purchased a 2003 Acura TL Type S from Marty Whitney @ Woodfield Lexus. It was her first car purchase and Marty did an excellent job, treating her with respect and kindness. She did have a ini Whitney @ Woodfield Lexus. It was her first car purchase and Marty did an excellent job, treating her with respect and kindness. She did have a initial problem with the car, that did take some time and effort to correct. He was very responsive to the issue getting the Manager and service personal to help us. The car was repaired at the nearest Acura dealer and my daughter was provided a loaner vehicle by both Acura and Woodield Lexus while the cars' symptoms were being corrected. I would recomend both Marty Whitney and Woodfield Lexus to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle More

i was truly impressed with the professionalism, service, and knowledge of our sales person, Marty, as well as the rest of the Woodfield Lexus team. We bought our first Lexus, our 9th new car, in September, 2003. We had the best car buying experience in our 37 years of purchasing a new model with the color and options we wanted. Our Sales Consultant gave us the price he quoted and was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for (2004 ES330) and made no attempt to sell us anything we didn’t want. We were impressed with the professionalism of their service department in 2007 when we had all the belts replaced at 100,000 miles. We live over 400 miles from this dealership, but the trip is worthwhile for major service or when buying a new vehicle. We had tried another, much closer dealership two months ago—BIG MISTAKE. After a very bad experience, we called Marty and got the white 2012 LS460L AWD we were looking for in one day at a better price. The buying experience, along with the very knowledgeable, friendly and professional demeanor of Marty and Terris made the long drive worthwhile to purchase our 10th new car. More
