Initiating the required steps on their webpage was straight forward. All went well with the site stating I had made a successful offer for the 2024 Prius XLE AWD and that someone from the dealership straight forward. I was so excited and ready to put a deposit on it. But I called couple hours later and talked to a salesman: Marv. I never feel comfortable with technology so I asked him to confirm the total price offered at the time I submitted the internet agreed upon price. At first he said he didn’t see anything on his end stating he would seek someone with more experience and get back with me. I waited a couple of hours having heard nothing. I then started a chat session with a Chris. He was able to contact a higher up manager to speed this submission along. I followed then with a VM to the gentleman that was supposed to get me the offer price in writing. When he called back he said he was sorry and that he would try a different email. That worked. I got my quote in one of the documents just like I had agreed upon the internet offered price. But as I opened the second document I was flabbergasted! It stated a huge additional market adjustment fee of 1500.00. That’s not transparency. The internet finalized price did not show any market adjustment fee. My wife and I are loyal TOYOTA BUYERS. I would like to think Toyota would be embarrassed by the dealership’s actions. In my opinion, Brewer Toyota should stand by my finalized price that I am willing to pay for the agreed deal. More

I was given his name from a friend who told me he's honest and will give me a good deal. I met Marv, told him what I wanted, he did a quick search, and found the vehicle on the back lot. There sat a blue Tacoma, 4 door, 4WD, fully loaded.... beautiful. Told Marv to check out my trade-in (which I was not expecting to have inspected) and give me his best price. It took about 30 minutes for my current truck to be inspected and Marv to come back with a price. I was in agreement (as I had been looking at pricing for several months) and agreed to purchase. I put down a payment and agreed to pick up the truck in a few days which was agreed. When I picked the truck up, Marv arranged the paperwork while he was introducing me to my new truck. He showed me all of the electronics, tailgate, keys, remote entry, and synced my phone as well. I would highly recommend if you are at Kenny Ross Toyota, in Moon, have Marv show you your new vehicle. More
