Depressing Unplanned Purchase Made Pleasurable This was my first purchase at Leith and I wasn't planning to purchase in fact had been trying for the longest time to keep my 14 year old Accord going This was my first purchase at Leith and I wasn't planning to purchase in fact had been trying for the longest time to keep my 14 year old Accord going though the service department visits were getting to be more and more often and closer together until finally very bad news from the service manager and the service tech about my old Accord forced me to consider what I had been trying to avoid for so long. I hadn't had a car payment in years and would just happy to keep driving my 2004 Accord and hope to drive to 200,000 or more miles, but it wasn't to be. Marvin new this was not a happy purchase for me, but work with me to get the car the I wanted and was a pleasure to do business. I had been at the dearlership from 7am mostly at the service department working me in until 8:30 when I left with a new 2018. Marvin never was pushy, had a delightful personally and actually got a laugh or two out of me before I was done. Leith has a true asset on their team and hopefully they appreciate and value such asset . Thanks Marvin and hopefully the next I buy a car it will be a planned purchase and more happy time for me at time of purchase. More
