I’ve been loyal to Naples Acura ever since I leased my 2018 MDX. It feels like one big happy family every time I come for my oil maintenance plan over the years which is how I met Matt Belloff- he’s awes 2018 MDX. Everyone is just so incredibly professional and comforting. Matthew Corio came out to my home during covid -19 this summer which was remarkable that I didn’t even have to leave my hole for a possible solution to get me out of my lease. He did a fantastic job! However I never moved forward due to lack of finances and fear for what the near future might bring. Matthew Corio followed up with me a week ago by phone. Told me about some creative ways Acura offering to help me out and he was genuinely concerned about my over mileage and no longer under warranty etc... I met him right away and no matter how panicked I was during the process - he was always calm, professional and reassuring, That’s when Joe Eisenberg came into this deal. I was already working with amazing staff, so to have Joe come save the day was a blessing! He really listened to my concerns and needs and everyone took the time to get to know me. Joe delivered just as he’d said he’d do his best and he sure did! These guys ROCK!! As if my day couldn’t have ended any better, it Zdid! I sat with Marianne Sullivan and we instantly connected due to my puppy Panda 🐼 (hes 6 months old and a small breed / a rare breed Coton De’ Tulesr). She offered me a special package and only can give out 11 a year and I was the lucky last one / for dents and rim scratches etc /. It was a long day and everyone was just so amazing to be around and I absolutely look forward to coming to Naples Acura even when I don’t need to haha! This staff is top notch! More

Huge thanks to Marvin for getting me in the car of my dreams! I searched high and low across the state of Florida for a specific vehicle through at least ten dealers and once in touch with Marvin, it too dreams! The process was simple, and fast! From that point forward he was extremely helpful and patient in answering any and all questions. It’s not easy buying a car long distance, sight unseen and Marvin certainly made the whole interaction easy. Additionally a deciding point for us was having the car delivered from Naples to Ft Lauderdale and Marvin did this himself meeting me when I flew into the airport and I signed the paperwork and got the keys right there. I really appreciated Marvin’s kind and helpful manner during this process. Great job Marvin and thank you for all your help! More
