We left the store that late afternoon with a new RDX Acura. The reasons were many that we decided to lease at Naples Acura including: 1. Marvin G. is a gentleman. We did not feel pressured. We felt very comfortable dealing with Marvin, Scott Foster, Sales Manager and Marianne Sullivan, Finance Manager. 2. The team of professionals worked with us every step of the way in our decision to lease. 3. I felt as I got a very fair deal from Scott & Marvin. I walked out feeling good about the process. 4. Marvin spent a good hour with us the next day in going over the RDX and all its features. Marvin demonstrated patience, knowledge and a high degree of concern about our well being. In fact my wife is going done to Naples Acura and meet with Marvin again for a review. His mission was to make sure we are getting the most of our purchase. I also took my car back into the dealership to get a Perma Plate application. Again very professional dealing from the ladies at the service desk, Chris Service Consultant, thru the loaner and return process. I was contacted by Marvin after making an inquiry for a pre-owned vehicle. Amazing Service I had recently told Marvin that I wanted to trade my old Acura for a new one. I have had an Acura for about 5 years now, I actually got my first one h I had recently told Marvin that I wanted to trade my old Acura for a new one. I have had an Acura for about 5 years now, I actually got my first one here, I have no regrets, Acura has been nothing but good to me.
