I was offered a slightly better deal at another Hyundai dealership, however, Marvin went above and beyond I felt like he earned my business. He was professional and courteous and I appreciated that. My finance manager Luis was also courteous and helpful. I appreciated them both. My only regret is that I didn't get the color I wanted. More

Scam. Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Salesman came back with $13,400 as an out-the-door price! Trying to charge $1600 for detailing, $900 processing, and on and on. They said the new tires and brakes that were included in the advertising (cars.com) were additional! I expected to pay taxes and tags, but an additional $4000+ on a $9000 car is comical and criminal! When we walked away he came down about $2500, but still was $2k over the agreed price. Scam. More
