Great experience, little hiccup Tony and JC helped me out and were able to find a great car for me which I was very happy about. However, after I put down the deposit, when I was rea Tony and JC helped me out and were able to find a great car for me which I was very happy about. However, after I put down the deposit, when I was ready to finalize the deal, I was given an amount higher the price we agreed on. Everything worked out in the end and I was happy with the overall experience even with that little hiccup. More

Scam. Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk. Salesman came back with $13,400 as an out-the-door price! Trying to charge $1600 for detailing, $900 processing, and on and on. They said the new tires and brakes that were included in the advertising (cars.com) were additional! I expected to pay taxes and tags, but an additional $4000+ on a $9000 car is comical and criminal! When we walked away he came down about $2500, but still was $2k over the agreed price. Scam. More

Experience Was Ok I think I got an okay deal but it was not easy. I felt pressure to to make an immediate decision which I did not like.
