I went to Coconut Creek Lincoln to look at new vehicles. I walked out purchasing a new car within 2 hours. Marvin Saunders was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Carlos also went over and above to make the deal happen I had a couple of issues upon delivery and they bent over backwards to keep me satisfied. I would, without a doubt, go straight back to Marvin the next time I buy a new car. More

I originally dealt with the dealership online. Then I was connected with Carlos and Marvin. They helped me negotiate the deal over the phone and online before taking the 2 Hour Dr. to get there. However, the dealerships customer service was flawless. From going to take a look at the vehicle to Meeting the finance manager and then ultimately the delivery of the vehicle. Highly impressed. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and each time has been seamless and easy. Marvin Saunders has been excellent to deal with on 2 of the purchases. He delivered both cars to our home which made it so easy that we didn’t have to spend hours in the showroom or finance office. Everything was completed online and less than an hour later the car was in my driveway. I can’t say enough good things about Marvin and the dealership. I had purchased 3 Lincoln’s from a different dealership and this was so much more simple and pleasant. More

We live 5 hours north of Coconut Creek Lincoln. I saw a post of the exact car I wanted on a Lincoln Facebook page and it was the best thing ever. Contacted the person who posted it and found out it I saw a post of the exact car I wanted on a Lincoln Facebook page and it was the best thing ever. Contacted the person who posted it and found out it was actually a dealership and the salesman who posted it was Marvin Saunders. He was never pushy and annoying like we have all come to think of when it comes to buying a car. He sent pictures, videos, worked an amazing deal for us, mind you all by phone 5 hours away. That is how comfortable and trusting we felt dealing with him. We had the contract signed the same day and my trade in was valued from pictures I took myself at home. He even drove the car 5 hours one way to deliver it to us and took my trade in back with him. We literally had to do nothing. HIGHLY recommend Marvin Saunders at Coconut Creek Lincoln.
