This dealership is the worst I have ever had experience with. The service reps are so non-bothered- I don't give a crap, it shocked even me. I had a rattle under my car, the service rep said upon inspectio with. The service reps are so non-bothered- I don't give a crap, it shocked even me. I had a rattle under my car, the service rep said upon inspection they'd determine the cause and the price. Well, I paid over $100.00 for an oil change and their X point inspection. After the oil change, the rep tells me they didn't find anything wrong!. I left & immediately went across the highway to a muffler company, After 3-5 minutes they told me the heat shield had broke loose. They fixed it and within 30 minutes I was on my way. this was my 2nd time at "Sheety" Nissan. I thought the first time, which was so awful I thought it was just a blip, was an exception. But, guess not. I can't believe how poor the service was and how incompetent the work was. Incredible. More

The staff was welcoming and made sure the kids were comfortable while we were there. I got to meet a lot of the staff (due to my son greeting everybody lol) and they all were amazing!!!
