Our Experience with Koons Toyota was excellent. Our sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, w sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, worked very well with us and gave us the numbers to purchase our new Prius. Even though I had to slow down the process,I was totally appreciative of the excellent customer service we received. The car was even prepped by our sales person, Mary Ann, as there was were not enough detailers that day. The comfort level my husband and I had driving the car off the lot would not have been obtainable without the detail instruction of the operation of the "bells and whistles" of the Prius. I would not hesitant to refer anyone to Mary Ann for their Toyota purchase and will definitely return to Koons for any future purchase of a car. It is not usual in these days to find the expert customer service that we received from Koons. The only negative I should mention would be the inexperience of one of the finance persons. It was apparent he was not familiar with details of the interst rates depending on how much to put down and was very confused as to what equated to 10% and 20% down. Jason, the F&I person worked very well with us. He ran all numbers my husband and I requested to see where our payments would be and recommended alternative financing terms. Even though we did not purchase the extended warranties, he reviewed them with us, in detail, and is recommendations. Koons Toyota should be very proud of the overall staff, 3 of 4, that we worked with. I would hope that Jason, Mary Ann and the Finance area are given an "employee award", if given as they definitely deserve it. More

The lady in finance that handled the paper work was very through and explained everything. They even went and picked the car up for no extra charge!!!! Right from the start, everyone at Koons Toyota was helpful and informative. I know that they are trying to sell you a vehicle, but these folks are truly friendly and easy to talk with.
