So on 7/17/2015 my wife and I drove almost 2 hours getting to this dea On the internet these people make it sound like they want to take care of you . So on 7/17/2015 my wife and I drove almost 2 hours getting to this dealership trying to trade our vehicle in on a 2015 Highlander . When we arrived we were greeted by Mary . So I explained that we were talking with another salesman named Pat . We knew he was off but Pat told us to come in anyway and talk to his Manager George . When we got there Mary told us that George was unavailable at the time and that she could assist us . We told her that we were there to trade our vehicle in on a Highlander . She took our keys for the appraisal and that's when things went south . They looked at the my trade and Mary came back with a price of 1500.00 . I told her that another dealer had just told us that they would give us 3500.00 . She went back to a room where a bunch of thr dealership employees were sitting and came back a second time saying that they could go to 2000.00 . I told her that 2000.00 is not going to happen and Mary started getting very unprofessional with us . This lady was doing everything but calling me a liar to my face . I took my keys back and left for another 2 hour ride back home . The next day the salesman Pat had enough nerve to email me wanting to know how things went yesterday . I went into what happened in a email with Pat and his manager George emailed me back so I could fax the information to him from the other dealer . Needless to say I never heard anything back from him so I started to look for another dealer that had what I wanted . We found one and took the first quote to them .Within 3 minutes they told us that we had a deal . We got the same vehicle we wanted for 800.00 less than koons and got the 3500.00 for our trade in . Before you buy from this Koons dealship you may want to check somewhere else first . These people tried to rip us off of 2000.00 . More

She not only keep us engage with an hour conversation while the finance department was backed up waiting for our paper work on a RAV4 XLE but her knowledge on the car was amazing. She answer all questions quickly and in a very friendly manner. I was nervous at the time and she was able to rela me and put my anxieties aside,Since the car that I wanted wasn't in the shop Mary Ann delivered it to my house and spent an hour explaining the navigation system as well as many of the features of the car. I recently purchased a Tacoma from Bob Erwin at Koons of Westminster. Great sales experience, the gentleman drove the vehicle to my work location for my review and brought pertinent brochures to compare pa Westminster. He had the truck cleaned up at least twice in preparation for my test drive, though I had to cancel the initial test due to the October snow storm. Ended up buying the truck Halloween night and Koons had a full tank of gas, the tie-downs attached and a fresh coat of wax on the truck. Great job from the prep guys, George Thompson and Maryann McMorrow as well. More

Our Experience with Koons Toyota was excellent. Our sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, w sales person, Mary Ann McMorrow was extremely knowledgable of the models we were interested in. The Finance person, whose name I can not remember, worked very well with us and gave us the numbers to purchase our new Prius. Even though I had to slow down the process,I was totally appreciative of the excellent customer service we received. The car was even prepped by our sales person, Mary Ann, as there was were not enough detailers that day. The comfort level my husband and I had driving the car off the lot would not have been obtainable without the detail instruction of the operation of the "bells and whistles" of the Prius. I would not hesitant to refer anyone to Mary Ann for their Toyota purchase and will definitely return to Koons for any future purchase of a car. It is not usual in these days to find the expert customer service that we received from Koons. The only negative I should mention would be the inexperience of one of the finance persons. It was apparent he was not familiar with details of the interst rates depending on how much to put down and was very confused as to what equated to 10% and 20% down. Jason, the F&I person worked very well with us. He ran all numbers my husband and I requested to see where our payments would be and recommended alternative financing terms. Even though we did not purchase the extended warranties, he reviewed them with us, in detail, and is recommendations. Koons Toyota should be very proud of the overall staff, 3 of 4, that we worked with. I would hope that Jason, Mary Ann and the Finance area are given an "employee award", if given as they definitely deserve it. More
