Total disaster of a experience Try to keep this short. Offered me 45 for trade on my 16 mega cab. When my new truck came in one month later it went to 43. I still wanted to trade due to wanting a standard shift since they quit making them. I sent several pictures and stressed to them that my truck had bumps and bruises on tailgate from work. Load the family up and drive 6 hours when my new truck came in and the dude drops my trade to 41500 cause it needs body work and new tailgate. I am fighting mad but still wanted my standard shift so I trade. I look at the website 1 month after I traded and there sits my mega cab dually with the same damage on the site for over 48000. Dude lied right to my face about fixing it. I told them it had transmission trouble and had been worked on and to pass info on to future owner. They said they didn't care. Truck is due for a exhaust service and they said let the next owner worry about it. And to top it off I live in ky and do some commercial hauling. And I have a freaking expired North Carolina temp tag and they don't know where my new freaking license plate is!!!!! So I'm Rolling around asking for a big ticket from the dot! I wouldn't go back to this xxxx hole if they paid me! One nice lady Mary has helped me but that is the one and only positive thing about this whole experience! Do your self a favor and don't make the drive. I wish I hadn't!!! More
