Paperwork was sent to us in advance to review and sign. Flew into Piedmont Airport Saturday at 10:45, and within 2 hours was on my way home! Mary Badgette thoroughly reviewed the vehicle options and "how to's" to insure my trip was both safe and enjoyable.
