I live in Philadelphia Pa and found them online looking for a certain truck. I spoke with Hayleigh about the deal on the first truck and she handled it perfect and did a great deal, it was so easy I purchased 2 more trucks from Hayleigh. Everyone including Mary and James from the start to the delivery was GREAT. Each truck was perfect. I did the 3 deals over the phone and email. The paper work went perfect and even the delivery of the 3 trucks. These guys do a wonderful job and care about you every step of the way, We have a couple of big dealers in the area and I would rather deal with Kernersville again for my next vehicle. Best new vehicle experience I have ever had. I am from Connecticut. And a friend told me about 31 Dodge. I was a little skeptical but gave it a look. Much to my surprise I was very pleased with the initial contact. I was able to work with Angela Adcock. She was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and returned calls and emails promptly. She never once hounded me or pressured me. She made sure I was able to get all the possible rebates available. The pricing on the truck was amazing compared to local dealers who quite honestly did not seem to want my business. Angela arranged my pick up from the airport and set up my refund for my flight. Yes they paid for my flight and picked me up. True southern hospitality !!!! Upon arrival to dealership Angela arranged Mary Badgette to meet me because she was do in later. And Just like Angela everything was taken care of and prepared. She showed me my truck and let me take my time to soak it all in. The truck was ready to roll and full tank of gas. The paperwork took all of 20 minutes and no pressure to add anything to truck but my options were made clear as to what was available. I was able to spend a little time looking at all the Hellcats and new dodges. This was truly an awesome experience and I have already sent a couple of friends there way. I cannot Thank Angela And Mary enough for a truly great buying experience. More

Fun auto purchase. I just tried to purchase my first Dodge truck, knew exactly what I wanted. Tried a Dodge dealer in Columbia TN. What I nightmare, rude, would not hono I just tried to purchase my first Dodge truck, knew exactly what I wanted. Tried a Dodge dealer in Columbia TN. What I nightmare, rude, would not honor the quoted price, then wished me luck finding another one. Turned me off so bad , I went and looked at a Ford. I realized I would be settling for something I really didn't want. I went to the internet and found the same Dodge truck I looked at, and Kernersville Dodge. I requested a quote and got a fantastic price. Then they told me they would reimburse my air fare if I came out. What's to loose. After getting pre-approved on the phone , I flew out.. When I got to the airport , they had a car waiting for me. When I got to the dealership Mary was waiting at the door, she asked if she could get anything , coffee , cold drink, etc. She thought after the flight and ride from the airport that I might like some refreshments first. After I told her no thanks, she said let's go see your truck. The truck was very well detailed, she made sure to show me the features and how they worked, there was a lot of joking around between us. I happened to like that and it made me feel very comfortable with Mary.when it came to the paperwork it was all prepared and she informed me that there were a few more discounts I was not aware of, and the interest rate on my loan was lower than originally quoted. This turned out to be the easiest auto purchase I have ever made, and slot of fun as well. Who knew you could have fun buying a new car. This dealership does everything against the norm and should be commended for it. I highly recommend Kernersville Dodge for a new car purchase, and ask for Mary. You will have a great time, and be glad you did. More
