Main reason would be for the random service upsells they always vary from visit to visit. They do t even match the website or service manual. Dented scratch left on my hood. Feel like every time I come t always vary from visit to visit. They do t even match the website or service manual. Dented scratch left on my hood. Feel like every time I come there is some kind of damage to my vehicle after. Last time divots on my door panel from a tool likely to pry off a panel. Always have to clear out the floor paper floor matts, plastic seat cover and tag from the cab before I leave. More

Very bad experience. Could not reach service advisor after 7 attempts. Charged $180 for diagnostics. 2009 Murano Driver’s door wouldn’t open. Maus proposal to fix was $2,600. Car returned to me with gr after 7 attempts. Charged $180 for diagnostics. 2009 Murano Driver’s door wouldn’t open. Maus proposal to fix was $2,600. Car returned to me with grease smears on carpet. I could not believe their diagnosis and cost so called a different Nissan dealer. Different Nissan dealer doing repair now for $1,400. Maus lost me as a customer. More

Took three hours for an oil change. Then when I asked for an update, Mary apologized and said it was bc it seems when it rains people run in for an oil change.
