Paul. What needs to happen is that if you are running late in the service dept., the customer needs to be informed. Most people understand delays if there is a good reason. Delays such as weather, parts that are not readily available, recalls that take more time than anticipated are good reasons for a delay. Love the car and loved talking to our salesman Daniel once again. He’s a great kid. More communication will help people understand any unusual delay. Thanks much. Greg

this is the second time,...this is not an unusual performance from the services department, but my records is there under Jesus Navarrete,...first, to check the code P0340 it doesn't take 1 hour labor Sr., but to complete that job took 35 minutes (both camshaft sensor), and that performance was done by my daughter, engineer's student, but the replace the engine timing belt like you quoted is 3,800.00 please, but it is my review,...misleading and lying ridiculous.
