Brought my truck in for a recall. Notified the service advisor my truck was custom with aftermarket mods. Next day They told me truck is ready to go with no further issues, but when I picked it up it had advisor my truck was custom with aftermarket mods. Next day They told me truck is ready to go with no further issues, but when I picked it up it had check engine light, other faults and was stuck in limp mode. They said they would figure it out for me but 3 weeks later truck was still there. They later suggested I take it to a shop in pinellas park where they would be able to fix the truck. I had it towed there and they couldn’t fix it...... Now it’s been a month and I am stuck without my truck and everybody I talk to at this dealership still refuse to do anything about it or take any liability for messing up the truck. The service has been fine and it's a first-class dealership. However, be REALLY cautious about all the additional "recommended" service offers they'll push on you.
