I was unhappy with my last experience there for state inspection as they charged me with a non-required tint inspection claiming that I had requested it when I had not done so. Then they tried to insist inspection as they charged me with a non-required tint inspection claiming that I had requested it when I had not done so. Then they tried to insist that it was required and never admited they were in error. Tint inspection is required only with after factory tinting which they knew was not the case. More

It’s amazing to me every time I see Mary Rice on TV proclaiming how honest and helpful Rice Toyota is. We purchased a used car from them and had the most horrible experience possible. First the fin proclaiming how honest and helpful Rice Toyota is. We purchased a used car from them and had the most horrible experience possible. First the finance manager tried to scam us by adding a warranty without telling us. Fortunately my Dad owned a car dealership and I can add so I knew the payment was way high and I asked to review every line of the contract. We should have walked away right then or in hindsight taken the warranty allowing this scam artist to get his commission since (unbeknownst to us) they were selling us a huge lemon. Then, they gave us a sweet spill about cleaning the car, rotating the tires for us etc before I picked it up. The evening we picked the car up, we had our children with us. They wanted to ride in the new car so they hopped in with me. The car that had driven perfectly when we test drove it now drove very differently. Once on the highway the car began to shake and sounded like a helicopter getting ready to take off. I had to pull over and trade vehicles with my husband. I was scared. Thank heavens God was watching and kept my husband and children safe and we made it home. The next morning I took the car to Flow Acura where they discovered that the lug nuts had not been tightened when the tires were rotated. We could have been killed on the highway if the tire had flown off. I left Flow Acura and drove to Rice Toyota where I spoke with the General Manager. He pulled his wallet out and gave me the money I had paid Flow Acura to diagnose and fix the car while maintaining that their dealership had done no wrong. One week later the car was not drivable and has been parked ever since (while we continue making payments). We believe the transmission went out. We cannot afford to fix it so it sits. I made numerous phone calls to management and left messages for Mary Rice and sent her emails. Nothing. The commercials make me sick. They are the most misrepresented and dishonest business I have ever dealt with!!!! More

High price yet xxxxty alttitude I ordered a Toyota RAV4 with this dealer called Mom, after paying my deposit she told me my car will arrive in 6-8 weeks. After 7 weeks of waiting, ri I ordered a Toyota RAV4 with this dealer called Mom, after paying my deposit she told me my car will arrive in 6-8 weeks. After 7 weeks of waiting, rice Toyota contacted me saying mom no longer works for them and my car will not be here until another 7 weeks later. After spoke with the general sales manager of rice Toyota, I had my worse shopping experience ever. After confirming with the general sales manager I realize that one of the package appeared on my consumer sheet will not be on the new car and if I want that package I will have to pay another $1075 for it. So I asked for my deposit back and proof of refund to be sent to me, but the general sales manager was like “To be honest, I don’t care whether you get your money back or no. I don’t know how a man with this kind attitude became a general sales manager in a service industry, please enlighten me. More

Terrence answered all of my questions and helped me work out a deal and Rice stuck to it until the end. Quick phone calls returned and even allowed extended test drive time to make sure the car was what I wanted. I spoke with Mary Rice and she was very friendly and helpful. This obviously shows throughout her dealership Thank you for making this a very pleasurable experience. Give Rice Toyota a try! More

Unreliable We happened onto the Lot of this dealership one Friday recently. We were given to a salesperson to show us around the used car lot.This person was nic We happened onto the Lot of this dealership one Friday recently. We were given to a salesperson to show us around the used car lot.This person was nice enough. His name, Harold Raleigh. With Harold’s assistance we picked out the Car we wished our God Daughter to have. Everything seemed to be going along fine when they began askng multiple questions. I was even asked to print out Bank Statements for them. Without thinking, I printed them, account numbers and all. I have since requested the documents be destroyed.The process was taking entirely too long. Harold tried to keep us apprised but it was a very busy day for them. We asked to leave cash down and come back on Tuesday. They said cash was not necessary, that the car would be there. I’m not sure where the fault now lies. When we called Monday to find out what time to come in Tuesday; the car had been sold after our departure Friday! We were not notified in any way whatsoever! This is not the way to do business. I wish they had to listen to the cries of a disappointed teenager. We later tried to get an explanation to no avail. Mary Catherine Rice blocked my email. More
