After all the paperwork was done and I was leaving with the vehicle, the salesperson went to get my second key fob only to find out it was in the mail coming up from Florida. Also no glovebox manual. I had a few service issues that haven’t been addressed as well. I met with the general manager who has an attitude telling me I wasn’t promised a second key and you know it is a used car. I couldn’t believe a manager would speak to a customer who just bought a $50,000 USED car that way! I still haven’t had any issues resolved almost a month later. More
