On the day this long awaited vehicle arrived, the entire team made sure it could be delivered as quickly as possible. Jonathan went out out of his way to prioritize the delivery and get the paper work done, all the while dealing with short staffing and a wave of customers. Abdul (Operations) and Mary (Finance) worked with Jim to ensure that a missing critical rebate was ultimately applied without delaying delivery.
