Yes. Service was poor. Communication was very bad. I did not receive the service I had requested and an attempt to overcharge me was made by your service Service was poor. Communication was very bad. I did not receive the service I had requested and an attempt to overcharge me was made by your service team. Work was done on my vehicle I told you I did not need (oil change) and the work I requested was not done (radiator fluid change). And, you Service Manager was not helpful to me. I came back to try to talk and resolve an "Engine Maintenance Required' warning light and was told it would be $579.00 to repair. Instead I paid $130.00 in parts office and had the service done for $257.00 at another repair shop, which ultimately saved me over $190.00. I have purchased 9 Toyotas over the last 20+ years and love the vehicles, but I do not respect, like or appreciate Mac Haik Toyota and you have lost my business. Thank you for receiving this. UPDATE - I am updating my review because the dealer did make good on their end by installing the LoJack device in my vehicle. However it was not without a lot of persistence and personal time spent on my part PREVIOUS REVIEW: I have purchased 9 Toyotas in the past 42 years. They only vehicles I have EVER purchased have been Toyotas. I have EVERY VIN number from EVERY Toyota I have ever purchased back to 1981. This is the worst and most dishonest Toyota dealer I have EVER dealt with. They refuse to honor the purchase agreement I made on the 2023 Tacoma I purchased in July 2023. It came with a LoJack installed as part of their dealer add-ons and they refuse to activate it. All of the other dealer add-ons were included in the purchase except the activation of the LoJack. I purchased another Tacoma from them in December of 2023. It had the LoJack and it was activated, no problem. They gave me a special deal on the purchase in July of 2023 Tacoma and do not want to pay the activation fee for the LoJack. The reason they gave me a special deal on the July 2023 tacoma purchase is because they ruined the engine in my 2009 Corolla as a result of their incompetence in repairing that vehicle. Now they are choosing not to honor their agreement by not activating the LoJack in the July 2023 Tacoma purchase because I feel they did not make the profit that they wanted to on that vehicle. Bad customer relations, honoring the LoJack activation on the vehicle that they made a hefty profit on and not honoring the LoJack activation on the vehicle that they did not make the hefty profit on. It is dealerships like this that give Toyota a bad reputation. More

went in needing the tire pressure sensor checked. Ask on the phone if it could be checked during my inspection. Was told then that it would be. Hour and a half later, I was told that it wasn't checked, I would need to make another appointment, and that would cost me 80 dollars just to have it looked at. But hey, no one will ever read this, so what does any of that matter. Poop butt, sprinkles hot sauce tickle stick. More

I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota 4runner TRD Off-Road. Mid 2018 I noticed there are 3 cloudy spots on my 4runner roof and 2 on top of the hood, each is about 4"x7". I went to Mac Haik Toyota Collison Cent Mid 2018 I noticed there are 3 cloudy spots on my 4runner roof and 2 on top of the hood, each is about 4"x7". I went to Mac Haik Toyota Collison Center to see if they can fix it and Because my vehicle still under 3 years/36,000 miles warranty. I talked to a guy name Eddy or Andy, he introduced himself as shop manager. He told me just wait for few months and see if those spots will get worse and we will see from there (but my vehicle still under warranty) Of course Covid happened and when I contacted Mac Haik again I was told if I decided let them repaint (out of my pocket) my vehicle roof and hood, it'll take around 4 to 6 weeks or longer and they will not provided loaner cars. This year (2023) paint damage got even worse. It flakes and looks like snake shedding. Now Mac Haik service department and Collison center refused to accept the responsibility because that individual is no longer employed at Mac Haik. If your vehicle is under warranty, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! Because this place will not honor the Toyota warranty. Also at this place if something wrong or you need to complaint, good luck!!! Because there is NO ONE you can file complaint to... so who owns this establishment and who run this business??? More
