One word for Tim: AMAZING. I’ve never had the best of One word for Tim: AMAZING. I’ve never had the best of luck with cars so when I got my escape I thought the nightmares were over.. not even close. 2 One word for Tim: AMAZING. I’ve never had the best of luck with cars so when I got my escape I thought the nightmares were over.. not even close. 2 years of owning it, over $3000 worth of work done in those two years and I had been told just recently it needed over $10k worth of work by gates.. YIKES. The most devastating feeling ever. I wasn’t home when I was told the news about my escape since I was in FL, but my grandparents were and tim immediately helped them find me a good reliable car and honestly he did just that for me. It’s a Saturn Vue that I never saw except pictures, never test drove it, and only had Tim’s advice this car was going to be what I needed. He was right. Even worked with my family every day on his vacation to make sure I got updates on the Inspection and when I could pick the car up.. Here’s to hoping they only see me for oil changes from now on!! If anyone is looking for someone who goes above and beyond I recommend him. So professional, and on top of his game. He’s not want to just push you into something to make a sale, he takes his time. I’ll always be recommending Tim when I know of anyone looking for a car. More

Nice staff. Came in for oil change. I asked if my tire pressure would be checked and was told it would be. It wasn’t. Was low when I got there and low when I left. Very thorough explaining what work was done and what yet needs to be done.Front brakes were fixed and are working fine. Car was left with plastic on seat and paper still on floor on driver's side. This happened with both of my last two visits to the store. I let the manager know this when I brought my car back after the hub cap fell off. With the COVID-19 pandemic still happening wonder if some of the interior of the car, that was touched, was wiped down after it was driven to parking lot? Suggest maybe someone could escort you to your car to make sure this has been done,. Hub cap came off of left front of car around 3/4 miles to home. Took it back to manager, and he apologized plus said that he would order a new one. More
