With the COVID-19 pandemic still happening wonder if some of the interior of the car, that was touched, was wiped down after it was driven to parking lot? Suggest maybe someone could escort you to your car to make sure this has been done,. Hub cap came off of left front of car around 3/4 miles to home. Took it back to manager, and he apologized plus said that he would order a new one. More

This time around, I waited about 55 minutes which is a bit long for an oil change. As I was waiting, I watched the technicians through the window and noticed a lot of dead time. I bet if they put their mind to it, they could easily improve processes and get the wait time down to 30-35 minutes. If they improve customer wait time, they could easily be the best place in town for an oil change! Everything else about this place is good. More
