Great price, good service. I always take my cars to Gates for full synthetic oil changes. The price is very competitive. The quality of work is always good. They could improv I always take my cars to Gates for full synthetic oil changes. The price is very competitive. The quality of work is always good. They could improve on the wait time. This time around, I waited about 55 minutes which is a bit long for an oil change. As I was waiting, I watched the technicians through the window and noticed a lot of dead time. I bet if they put their mind to it, they could easily improve processes and get the wait time down to 30-35 minutes. If they improve customer wait time, they could easily be the best place in town for an oil change! Everything else about this place is good. More
