Buying a car sight-unseen and 400 miles from Tucson was somewhat daunting, but MaryLou skillfully guided me through the process. After a disappointing experience in the service department, I wandered over to the showroom while waiting for my vehicle. MaryLou asked if I needed anything and I hesitated to share my experience, department, I wandered over to the showroom while waiting for my vehicle.
