We were misled. We were told the car had certain features. But, it didn't. It was supposed to have an automatic trunk release. It didn't. We tried to correct this. We called the next day, but Mayrissa and the manager were not in. She called the following day and made an appointment to drive back up (an hour away)so that she could show me where it was. But, it didn't have one. That was a deal breaker. The manager wouldn't see us to correct their mistake. We are seniors. My husband is in bad health. We were taken advantage of. More
