I had completed my research far in advance on both, my vehicle of choice & respective dealerships. A criteria in my purchase included a goal of developing a relationship with a dealer I could be confident around long term service & support in addition to best pricing. Master's Chevrolet Cadillac was my 4th dealer visit. The process was pleasant in I was able to work through my questions & points of interest vs. the transaction being driven by a canned dealership approach. The salesman recognized very quickly I had done my research, was knowledgeable on what I wanted & by such was responsive to my priorities. Mutual respect & trust was gained through the process. Reaching best price was not a difficult or pressured experience. Key point in reaching pricing was receiving a realistic & fair value for my trade-in well above competitive dealerships. A very personable experience that developed a confidence in working toward the longer relationship above & beyond the purchase. Well done! More
