Service department ruined sale Dropped a car off that had the check engine light on. Told the service writer multiple times that I need the vehicle back the same day, even if they j Dropped a car off that had the check engine light on. Told the service writer multiple times that I need the vehicle back the same day, even if they just diagnose it. At 3pm the day of the appt, I get a call saying my vehicle isn’t going to be looked at. Spoke to the manager who said they will pull it in that day. Was looking at purchasing a used ttuck, until I found out that the service writer for my vehicle left the car on the lift and didn’t close anything out. I had to miss two days of work due to the service writer being ignorant. They would not give me a loaner of any sorts. Car took 4 days to get back. Dealer said the would cover the rental, and I look at my credit card statement and I was charged for both days, when it was the dealers fault. Wrote a FB review, and the “owner” commented back saying she’d love to speak with me. A month later and she has still not reached out. xxxxty customer service, ignorant worker. Needless to say, I traded the vehicle in to a different dealer and will never be going back. More

Life saver I went to a different dealership in the past for service, two actually, because they were closer to my home. After having terrible experiences, I gave I went to a different dealership in the past for service, two actually, because they were closer to my home. After having terrible experiences, I gave Master a shot. They were all so wonderful & legitimately cared about my vehicle and my safety. They worked me in and fixed the issues that the other dealers so carelessly "fixed" a few months before. Wonderful customer service. They made sure I had transportation & that my vehicle was running like new! They solved a huge nightmare for me. Everyone in service was so kind, friendly & professional. I will never take my business elsewhere. They are worth the drive if you're not a local to Aiken. Big thank you to Justin, Travis & Vaughn For all your help! More
