Experience was good on the day of purchase. When I picked up the car the next day, there were no FOB keys , only the valet key. This was not mentioned at anytime during the test drive or purchase process. This was disappointing since it cost $400 to get one made at the dealer since after market options were not available. More

I had the worst experience with HGreg. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Maxima with a clean credit fax report. Two days after purchasing I called and took the vehicle back because I noticed a gap in the right back Nissan Maxima with a clean credit fax report. Two days after purchasing I called and took the vehicle back because I noticed a gap in the right back tail light and over all look of the vehicle. The HGreg sales person assured me they would be taking the car to a professional body shop which they trusted and will make all the necessary repairs. After a few days the car was return to me and I asked what the issue. The sales person inform le there were no issues with the car, no signs of an accident and that all the repairs were done to the vehicle. I recently noticed a crack in the paint in the same area of concern. I took my car to a body shop and they told me in less than 5 minutes that the vehicle had been clearly in a car major car accident. They also showed me the poor job they did to attempt to cover the damage which was a temporary fix with bondo putty (almost 1/2 inch of bondo putty was used). The chrome accent were glued with crazy glue and they used carpentry screws to hold everything together. The body shop can't believe a person would do that to a car. I contacted the Orlando Manager Carlos who didn't care to hear and hung up on me. I then proceeded to speak with Mateo at the corporate office who was nice but then even after I provided proof sent me an email saying they wouldn't take responsibility and that all their cars are sold As Is. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to buy a car from this place. They will sell you anything just to make a buck with no care in the world of the car's condition. They buy their cars at auctions and sell them as is. They don't care to do inspections and leave it up to the customer to check every inch of the vehicle in 3 days. This has been the worst experience! Stay away from this dealer!!! More

Extreme lack of communication Attempted to purchase a car from this dealership through there out of state team. I waited days for a response back. By the time I received a response back with actual information (a week later) the car of course was sold. I then saw a similar model and attempting to repeat the process again (unfortunately with the same person... that one was on me since I should have asked to deal with someone else) and again the same treatment and lack of response and of course, the car was sold. I ended up contacting there customer success manager to complain about the treatment and lack of service. When he told me of the process I needed to go through if I ever saw a car I wanted again I just thought to myself 'this isn't supposed to be this hard' car dealer are supposed to want to sell cars' and I then decided to never look at this dealership again. Reading some of these reviews maybe that was for the best. Believe me, Ill definitely let people know about the service I received from this dealership. As out of state purchasing becomes more common place, treatment like this will spread a lot further than before. While I appreciate Mateo attempting to rectify the scenario I definitely cant recommend HGreg for anyone attempting to purchase an out of state vehicle. More
