Mathew"Mat in the Hat" Bland has lived in the Yakima Valley most of his life with a short absence to attend the University of Arizona. Mat enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his beautiful wife and four children, a daughter, and three sons. When Mat is not at work, or with his family, he spends his time enjoying one of the region's many Golf courses. He has been with Subaru since 2004 and has dedicated his career to making sure that his customers have an experience "Far above Expectations", Before, During, and Long after the sale. Great experience with the service department After the last couple of oi changes, I noticed drops of oil on my garage floor. These necessitated a return to the dealership to fix. This last time, After the last couple of oi changes, I noticed drops of oil on my garage floor. These necessitated a return to the dealership to fix. This last time, I asked a mechanic who services my tires to take a look underneath, and he indicated the seating surface around the oil drain plug was damaged, preventing a good seal. A new oil pan would be required to fix the problem. As Stewart Subaru has been my go-to oil change facility, I took my concern first to Matt (in the hat) who promptly called the service manager, (I believe Greg?) who listened carefully to my concerns around having to replace an expensive component on my Forester. Greg quickly put my mind at rest, agreeing to replace the oil pan at no cost to me. The work was done within a few days to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, during that service call it was noted that the transmission was leaking oil. This was also fixed, under warranty. All in all a very positive experience for me and my Forester! I commend Matt and Greg for their helpful and positive attitudes toward their clients. Thanks! Eric Vogt More

Matt and Juan were happy to answer all our questio Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and patient while we decided which make and model to buy. Matt and Juan were happy to answer all our questions, entertain our children, and help us weigh pros and cons of each model within our budget. We never felt pressured to buy or got a "hard sell" vibe from them. The whole process was easy and low-stress. We probably should have negotiated better on our end because in hindsight we overpaid a little. But it was the car we wanted and I can't blame anyone but myself. More
