I forgot to mention that the oil change in question, came with a full service that cost $ 1,723.79 on Jan,7,2020 I took my car in on May 2,2021 and they still have my car now July 19,2021,seventy eight came with a full service that cost $ 1,723.79 on Jan,7,2020 I took my car in on May 2,2021 and they still have my car now July 19,2021,seventy eight days ago, it's sitting in the same place, absolutely filthy! with bird crap all over it,just sitting out in the elements, I'just buffed my 2021 Corvette out, she was gorgeous! Is gorgeous,under all that birdxxxx! These bird crap stains,are not going to buff out! And with no accountability, there's nothing that I can do about it.I love my car,and to see her mistreated like this with no accountability, besides making me so mad, It just breaks my heart, after they(Mathew Goodwin) lied to me once already,then rubbed my nose in it, I've been nothing short of respectful and cordial, I wish I could say the same about Mr.Goodwin More

fuse went out I went to the service department about a blown fuse. I part in the service space and went into the office.I told the service scheduler the problem an I went to the service department about a blown fuse. I part in the service space and went into the office.I told the service scheduler the problem and he said I would have to leave my truck for 2 to 4 hours. to investigate. I told him it was only a blown fuse. I told him I need my truck for work and could not leave it he would not budge. I left in a huff. I called back to talk to the service manager and it went straight to voice mail I left my number and called a second time to make sure he got the message He never bothered to call me back after 2 days. Their customer service is bad. I have had other issues but that was the worst. More

Car Required Warranty Work I was notified by letter my 2015 ZO6 might have a fuel leak . I felt this might explain the gasoline fumes in my garage so a call was placed to the de I was notified by letter my 2015 ZO6 might have a fuel leak . I felt this might explain the gasoline fumes in my garage so a call was placed to the dealer. After some confusion an appointment was arraged and the repars were made. I was very pleased with the final outcome and the interactions I had with the service consultant and the service manager. Since the new service manager (Matt) has taken control of the service department I have noticed a huge positive change in the operation at Lithia Chevrolet of Reddings service operation! More
