We bought a truck from Ford West but did not know that going in I should be ready The WORST experience I think I and my wife have had in a long time. At the end of the process of buying the truck you will have to sit in a room with a guy named MATT ABDEL. MATT ABDEL will try anything to sale you the extended warranty but I did not think he would get confrontational if you said NO. After telling him no about 10 times he started to get confrontation and even angry. Luckily this is all recorded and so I hopr Ford looks at this video. If you can have crazy in your eyes when trying to force someone to purchase a warranty this was it. I felt like there was very close to being a physical confrontation as he got angry and started asking me if I was "taking him serious or not" and tried to make remarks toward my intelligence for saying no to the warranty. More
