My car was totalled and I had to find a car ASAP. I'm a very particular person and it takes me a year or more to find a car. I found a 2027 Sportage SX Prestige in a specific color combo and I wasn't I'm a very particular person and it takes me a year or more to find a car. I found a 2027 Sportage SX Prestige in a specific color combo and I wasn't very excited about it. I walked in very depressed and unenthused about my choice but Matt went the extra mile to find it in another lot and mentioned a different color combo that didn't show up in my searches. He brought it out and I was so excited to see it. I lit up instantly. I'm so thankful to Matt for going around and getting the car from the second lot and for bringing up the other color combo to us. He was so helpful and he really put a smile on my face and made an incredibly crappy situation for me a very joyful experience. 10/10 would suggest Matt. I wish I could buy 5 cars from him! More
