I found the Subaru Impreza with all the features I wanted on the #1 Cochran website & inquired about it online. After receiving the online quote, I decided to come in to see the car & take it for a test dri on the #1 Cochran website & inquired about it online. After receiving the online quote, I decided to come in to see the car & take it for a test drive. When arriving, I was handed off to Matt to show me the Impreza & to take it for a test drive. Matt was very knowledgable & shared all kinds of information about the Impreza. He answered all of my questions & we were able to work out a deal for me to purchase the car. Before leaving the dealership, Matt helped me setup up the Bluetooth & navigation for my new car. He also went over all the buttons & features on the car. Matt's insight was very helpful & appreciated. I will consider #1 Cochran in the future when I purchase a car again & would recommend the dealership to others. More

This was one of my best dealer experiences. Matt and Jeff certainly took care of me well, and they were willing to hold my new Impreza Hatchback for me until I had the title of my trade in car in-hand. Jeff really worked with me to get me to the monthly payment that I was looking for. Finally, I am extremely happy with my new Subaru and would recommend the car to anyone. I knew specifically what car I wanted, so I reached out via Internet sales and worked with Rachel, who not only quickly handled my request, but got me a firm quote that met my offer, and then some. That in hand, we went to the showroom; everyone was exceedingly nice, friendly, and professional. After a quick test drive to make sure all looked good, we were able to put the whole deal together in a very straightforward manner. Matt (salesperson), Jeff (manager), Josh (finance) and Rachel (Internet leads) all worked to make me feel very comfortable with my decision.
