I had a lovely experience with the two Matts and give them top marks. The whole transaction was smooth and professional. Matt B. was patient and accommodating and went the extra mile. Matt W. breezed us through the paperwork in a timely and courteous manner. The interest rate was a downer and we only found out after we had signed. My only real criticism was with the detailing as the car as presented with glue marks, from what I assume were stickers to protect the paint, by the rear of the vehicle. Overall I would recommend the experience though. And the vehicle I purchased, the 2025 Elantra SE, is gorgeous! A quick shout-out to Aaron in parts for excellent service as well! Thanks, folks! More

They overcharged me on the vehicle, alongside them stating that they will pay off completely the vehicle that i traded off, instead what they did is waited till last minute when i was signing off the stating that they will pay off completely the vehicle that i traded off, instead what they did is waited till last minute when i was signing off the papers and they took off around 3K of the value that they give me for my car and they included it in the loan. Terrible service, no transparency and negligible post customer experience. Not recommended at all. More
