Billy was great. Very knowledgeable on XC60s. We had an appt and he was available as planned. I was not 'planning' on buying that day but Billy worked with me on my A-plan discount and with negotiating wi appt and he was available as planned. I can not rate management cause I never 'met' anyone, even post sale which was surprising when you consider I just bought a new somewhat expensive Volvo.
