Excellent car buying experience! So very thankful that Atlantic Honda is right in my backyard! I was in need of a replacement vehicle after my vehicle was totaled in an accident, and So very thankful that Atlantic Honda is right in my backyard! I was in need of a replacement vehicle after my vehicle was totaled in an accident, and I needed it quickly. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Terrell. He was very attentive and made me feel right at home, even offering me half of his breakfast sandwich that he had just gotten! Once we narrowed down what I was looking for, we took a quick tour of the new building and Terrell really "sold" me on the service department with the Starbucks coffee and manicures while you wait! We then walked outside to take a look at the Certified Preowned inventory. I test drove a few Pilots, and even swung around to my house to show my husband! (I live about 3 miles from the dealership!) I was in love. It was then time for the management team, Matt & Rich, to get involved to negotiate a fair price. They made this process as pleasant as possible. I then stepped into the finance managers office and they got me a great rate! All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I was made to feel like family. I walked in to the dealership to buy a Pilot, and that's just what I did! I drove it home the same day! Atlantic Honda made it easy! Thanks for the personal service and attention to detail. Happy Holidays! (PS - the question that asked about whether I was left alone for more than 5 minutes, I answered yes to, but that was during the time that they were prepping my car for delivery. And during that time I was sitting quite comfortably in the waiting area, as they provided me with all the comforts of home: a cup of hot tea, the remote for the TV, and charger for my phone!) More
