Her old car was beyond help and she was forced to buy anew one. We looked at Hondas because I have had great luck with them. She first tried a Civic and liked but wanted to wait over night to see if she still would like it the next day. We went back and the sales man Larry Ellis could see she was not enthusiastic and suggested she drive two other cars. She really liked the way the Accord felt and decided to take that one. There are a lot of new things for her to get used to but Larry explained every feature to her. She is still a little anxious because this car has so many things her old car lacked. ( I have purchased 3 Accords from Larry in recent years) I feel very comfortable dealing with him. Rich LoBraico the manager was very helpful and Dave Shapiro made getting through all the paperwork a breeze. This is the least pleasant part of the process and he did it quickly. Matt Byrne was also very helpful. More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LONG ISLAND/QUEENS !!!! After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda P After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda Pilot i was ready to call it quits and just go with a different make, but i decided to give it one more try with Honda & headed down to Atlantic Honda and im glad i did! Upon entering the dealership i was greeted by a staff member and i was personally walked over to the used inventory dept of the dealership & introduced to Jesus Ramirez (salesperson) & Matt Byrne(manager). There Huge Certified Honda Pilot inventory depicted exactly what a Certified Honda Pilot should look like(new tires,new brakes, limitied flaws on paint & interior), unlike other Honda dealerships in Long Island who's certified Honda Pilots resemble vehicles that should be heading to auction & were not worthy of being stamped Honda Certified!! & to make matters worse they were asking for top dollar!! Jesus was extremely patient,helpful,honest throughout the entire process & was able to get me in the Honda Pilot of my choice. Also special thanks to Manager Matt Byrne for also assisting on the sale and making it possible for me to make the purchase! Upon picking up my 2013 Honda Pilot exl it was flawless and triple detailed & Jesus threw in some custom all-weather Pilot mats!!! Thank you Jesus & Matt for making it happen and making it a really Kool experience to purchase my Pilot, love my truck!!! More
